Because Wayne Rooney has developed into a world-class No 10, England have a continental look to them. The Manchester United striker knows when to drop off deep to receive the ball in space and his distribution is excellent. But he is no good to us if he is suspended. Maybe the red card was a tiny bit harsh but he should not have put himself in that position. He has to learn.
